🔁 Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- Product unused और original condition में होना चाहिए
- Original packaging intact होनी चाहिए
- Proof of purchase (order ID/receipt) जरूरी है
👉 Non-returnable items:
- Personal use products (जैसे grooming items)
- Sale/discount items
- Damaged due to misuse
💸 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refund approve होने पर आपको notify किया जाएगा
- Refund 5–7 business days में original payment method में भेज दिया जाएगा
👉 COD orders:
- Refund bank transfer / UPI से किया जाएगा
🔄 Replacement (Exchange)
अगर product:
- Defective है
- Damaged आया है
तो हम free replacement provide करेंगे।
(Delivery के 48 hours के अंदर issue report करना जरूरी है)
🚚 Return Shipping
- अगर गलती हमारी है (wrong/damaged product): Free return
- अगर customer reason है: Shipping charges customer pay करेगा
❌ Order Cancellation
- Order dispatch होने से पहले cancel कर सकते हैं
- Dispatch के बाद cancellation accept नहीं होगा
